Payment Modalities: Please read very carefully
On this website you are able to register for the 10th World Interuniversity Games before 23 February 2008.
After your registration you will receive within 1 or 2 weeks an invoice for the Membership Fee. This invoice needs to be paid before 1 March 2008.
In case your team is not able to participate after payment of the Membership Fee, the complete fee will be refunded if IFIUS is notified about your non-participation before 15 June 2008. In all other cases, IFIUS will use the financial means to find an appropriate replacement for your team.
On this website you are able to register for the 10th World Interuniversity Games before 23 February 2008.
During your registration you will be asked to give an estimation of the number of persons of your delegation. This estimation enables IFIUS to book sufficient rooms in the official Budapest 2008 ho(s)tels.
But only on 1 June 2008 will you be asked to give a final indication of the number of persons of your delegation. Consequently, you will receive an invoice for the Participation Fee 1 week later. This invoice needs to be paid before 15 June 2008.
Depending on the ho(s)tel policy, you will be able to reduce the number of persons and IFIUS will refund that part of the participation fee equal to the reduced number of persons (Cancellation fees are only applicable in case of cancellation 1 to 3 months before arrival depending on the ho(s)tel).
In all other cases, IFIUS will use the financial means to cover financial losses as a result of no-show (for example ho(s)tel costs).
