At this moment, IFIUS together with the Chairman of the local organization committee, Zoltan Dibo (Budapest University of Technology and Economics), selected a number of highly qualitative sports venues.

Only in March 2008, the definitive appointment of the sport venues will be finalized after a control visit of the IACC (International Arbitration and Control Commission).

The Football and Futsal competitions are organized at one venue, the beautiful and highly qualitative Ferencvaros Sports Centre, incorporating 6 football pitches, 2 futsal pitches, restaurant facilities and hotel modalities. Also the Basketball venue is of an extraordinary standard, situated at the borders of the city, the brand new Sportmax sports centre will host the men’s and women's Basketball competitions. Finally the men’s and women’s Volleyball competitions are welcomed at the Hauszman centre, home of first division team MAFC.
